Our unique format is a one-of-a-kind experience. Each unique to their own location, but similar in experience.

Guaranteed to test you both mentally and physically, this is not your average walk.

Here's a rundown:

  • 4 person team relay: Each person walks in succession to each other. Working together to cover the total distance of each walk.

  • All teams & members are from one of the 4 communities: military, police, fire, & EMS (active or retired)

  • Free to register, but come with a fundraising commitment of $4000 per team ($1000/person)


  • 168 km total distance broken down into 42 km legs

  • Depart CFB Petawawa, walk to Parliament Hill

  • Labour Day Weekend (Sep 3&4, 2022)

  • Wearing 20 lb weighted vests

  • 22 push-ups every hour (176 total)



Teams of 2 eligible

  • 2 x 42km legs: First from Canmore to Stoney Creek Group Campground (Kananaskis)​​​. Second (day 2) From Stoney Creek to West Bragg creek.

  • Camping provided at Stoney Creek August 5th & 6th. Participants responsible for all camping supplies and food. Be advised, there is limited power provided by generators, bringing your own is greatly recommended if power is required. Firewood will be provided.

  • Camping not mandatory.

  • August 6&7, 2022

  • Carrying 20 lb packs

  • 22 push-ups every hour (176 total)
