Depart from The National War Memorial on Wellington Street

Exact route length being confirmed, but in vicinity of 22 km

Wearing 20 lb weighted vests

22 push-ups every hour

All teams & members are from one of the 4 communities: military, police, fire, & EMS (active or retired), as well as their spouses & children.

Free to register, but come with a fundraising commitment of $1000/person for Wounded Warriors Canada
